How to play

  1. 1

    The app picks a letter

    Every round starts with a new letter and a ticking clock: 30, 60 or 90 seconds.

  2. 2

    Fill every column

    Write a name, a place, an animal and a thing starting with that letter. Add Food, Movie, Bird, Fruit or Brand for more.

  3. 3

    Shout STOP!

    Filled every box? Stop the clock. Quick thinking wins: in solo games, every second left is a bonus point if all your answers count.

Take a look

  • One letter. Every column. Beat the clock! A round with the letter M and answers filled in
  • Spelling slips are fine, and you'll learn new words. Round results with points for each answer
  • Know a word we don't? Count it! An answer that isn't in the word list, with a Count it button
  • Finish fast for a speed bonus. Beat your best! A final score of 265 points
  • Play with up to 6 friends. No internet needed! A room with its code and QR code

What's inside

  • Play solo: every answer is checked against a word list of nearly 100,000 names, places, animals, things, foods, movies and more, from Indian names and towns to dishes and Bollywood hits
  • Small spelling slips are fine. Know a word the list doesn't? Count it, and the app remembers it
  • Play with friends: up to 6 players on phones close together. Scan a QR code or type a room code, no internet needed
  • Write something nobody else thought of for 10 points, or be the only one with an answer for 20
  • 3, 5 or 10 rounds, with 30, 60 or 90 seconds to write
  • "Ideas" after each round, so you learn new answers
  • Best scores and stats, and a notebook look, just like the real thing
